Volunteers Needed

· Cover the auction table in the vestibule after weekend Masses to sell tickets and receive donations

· Put together gift baskets

· Prepare bidder’s packets and registration paperwork

· Assist with Silent Auction

· Registration, banking, check out

· Actors/Actresses to dress in vintage costumes and greet guests (hosts/hostesses)

· Runners

· Raffle Ticket sellers

· End of night shift to pack up and load truck

You know the saying about “many hands.” We certainly need lots of help to make the Auction a big success. There are lots of different ways to help from pre-event (meaning right now), to DAY of event, and, of course, NIGHT of event.

Pick and choose from the suggestions below. Any amount of time you can offer will be greatly appreciated.

This is not a complete list by any means, so if you are interested in helping and don’t see anything specific that fits you, please call. We can use your help!

· Meet at 7am at the Church to load auction items into a truck, then head north to unload the truck at the venue.

· Daytime shifts to unpack auction items and set up the auction displays.

· Daytime shifts to help set up the dining area.
